I don't think autism necessarily "gets worse" as you get older (though executive function sure can). I think it's more so that every failed interaction is another cut, until you're eventually just too traumatized to dare make another mistake. So you stop trying, and lose what little ability is left.

FYI They switched everyone to an Office 365 Copilot account & increased the price last year with little notice.
You can avoid paying for the supposed benefit of 365 Copilot, check what your 365 account type is set to, you can switch back to Microsoft 365 Personal Classic to avoid paying for Copilot.

If you can't find the option to switch to Personal Classic, click "Cancel subscription" and it should show up in one of the options. Looks like they're hiding it to use as a last resort for catching people trying to jump ship.
