I need to connect something to my sink and I don’t know plumbing, so I downloaded the CAD files off of the McMaster-Carr website, printed them to test fit, and then ordered them once I confirmed it would work. Neat!

boston sent vital assistance following the 1917 halifax harbor explosion (so awful it killed 1700 people), and as thanks, nova scotia has sent us a christmas tree every year. it’s a nice little tradition. this is the first time the boston mayor visited to retrieve it in person

When I was living in Chico I saw a dude chowing down on a massive rustic sourdough loaf on the street. I asked him where he got it and he said “I robbed the king, melad” and produced a razor scooter, riding off into the sunset. I still envy that man’s joy.
