Thing is, we are genuinely bottlenecked on software. There are so many cool projects blocked by 3-4 years of integration work. Old languages, old codebases, not enough engineers. Change could happen so much faster

Microsoft should release a product called Windows 0 which has no features at all except the required platform to run windows applications, connect to the internet, etc. and never receives any updates except security fixes (which it will need far fewer of due to having no features)

While @resnikoff.bsky.social's article has some valid criticism, part of the challenge underscored here is that the YIMBY movement needs to continue to engage with justice orgs and listen to the lived experiences in dialogue. Swooping in and telling communities what to think is the wrong approach.
