ttrpgs, plants, linux probably. I am a big, old nerd.
Trans rights are human rights.
I'm getting pretty good at strategically unfocusing my eyes and scrolling past certain screenshots.

The bread dough I made does not seem to be rising much. I definitely put the yeast in this time. It might just be a little too cold.

"I'll burn down your house" - legally actionable, boring, common

"I told the trees about you" - legally acceptable, foreboding, unsettling, the plants know your name and hate you

There's no time like the present to leave it all behind, live in a hollow tree, become a dark druid, and befriend the moss & owls.
They will not hurt you like the world does.
Except for the owl bites.
Those are quite painful.

Put up plastic window insulation for the first time.
This is probably one of those things that you get right the second time.
Surprised to discover I have two sets of curtains like the ones I just put up.
One is beige, one is white.
Very ADHD different socks.

I shouldn't knock printers, our old "wifi" printer that doesn't acknowledge print jobs unless you stand directly in front of it might hear.

Just got one of those emails from ancestry about a half second cousin 1x removed, [I need a diagram] which is so much funnier than how I make fun of them, they should just say please look at our website. Please. Did you know we have a website. Look at it. It missed you. Hi5 the devs. Come on.

Half the disabled people I know are convinced they're not disabled enough for accommodations and should just tough it out. Even if we really were only shaming people 100% definitively faking it (and who would determine that? how?), the impact on the disability community would still be unimaginable.
I do think the only workable solution is occasionally making a high profile, dramatic example of people who get caught flagrantly abusing the system which helps generate social opprobrium for rule breakers.

Or maybe your immune system is a serious of weird ttrpg traps. Skin = walls. Saliva is a mild pit with acid and a couple enzymes the warm up to the slide down a trap door into a pit of serious acid.
You can't tell me immunoglobulin or whatever isn't goblins. Goblins named E, G, M, etc.

Imagine if Regan had stayed an actor. Imagine if AIDS had been handled like a major public health emergency instead of disregarded as “gay cancer.” Imagine how many people could still be alive. Now imagine how many of them might be in public office.

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.
