If you have concerns about trans women and trans girls in sports, you have ALREADY fallen for propaganda.

No, it's real simple. When you take over an enemy hex, any resources and hex improvements automatically become yours. So you get the oil and it's immediately added to your Strategic Resource counter and you can build a new battleship in 5 turns.
Do people just not realize how big a mess Venezuelan oil would be to deal with? It's full of impurities, profoundly dirty, the infrastructure is a mess. I don't see how any of this would work unless you have boots on the ground for a decade.
