99% of what gets labeled as contrarian or heterodox thinking is basically just "supply side neoliberalism and also I should get to say slurs"
Something which isn't always acknowledged is that "contrarian thinkers" are just regurgitating conventional wisdom with a little extra racism, and these forbidden views are generally expressed by the most platformed mainstream figures, like Pinker.

The #1 thing that didn't make sense about the 2024 presidential election is that even as Kamala Harris lost every swing state (according to the vote tallies at least), Democrats won in all but one swing state with senate races and came very close to sweeping them outside the presidential race.
