A couple of our recent outages/slowdowns are related to sites hammering Scryfall's API through rate limiting. Be a good steward of the free data endpoint and don't do this.
Insert 50 – 100 milliseconds of delay between the requests (i.e., 10 requests per second on average).

I love the various homebrew & mechanical side of @dimension20.bsky.social. I don't know what sort of complications exist but I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes we had the ability to either purchase them or see them as a bonus feature on dropout. Things like character sheets, stat blocks, etc

Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.
