The Pulitzer Board is actually fighting back against one of Trump’s vexatious lawsuits, saying, ‘If you were harmed, prove it — with medical and financial records.’

Not rolling over like some of the capitulating companies we’ve seen.

Great thread which clearly and concisely explains quantitatively why Trump’s ideas are idiotic.
As a reminder, 50% of households PAY NO INCOME TAX!!

That means BELOW MEDIAN INCOME HOUSEHOLDS would see a TAX INCREASE averaging $12,600, and top 10% would see a tax cut of $140,000

That doesn’t sound fair, and it is not supposed to be fair

Republicans resent paying taxes to help poor people /5

So my take away here is that the New York Times is complicit in a sexual pedophile ring. Cool beans
Epstein: I’m best friends with this pedo running for President, here’s a bunch of stories about how big a pedo he is

NYT: but her emails
Landon Thomas Jr of the New York Times got told by Jeffrey Epstein that Trump walked into a glass door bc he was so busy staring at girls in Epstein's house and didn't print it. wild that the Times didn't consider that newsworthy.

A lot of US policymaking now goes:

1) Do something stupid for stupid and/or corrupt reasons

2) Lie about it, denounce people warning of consequences

3) See negative consequences mount, do an ad hoc move to try to mitigate those consequences while generally keeping the stupid approach

4) Repeat 1

It's completely acceptable to Republicans.

They control all three branches of government, but this doesn't even appear on the priority list.

Too busy giving tax breaks to the rich, awarding no-bid quid pro quo contracts to donors, and protecting pedophiles/sex-traffickers.
