I find the tremendous effort on the MAGA right to invent a version of the American past that they like, rather than the cherish the version we have, profoundly off putting.

I just saw a headline describing the incredible work yesterday of preventing dozens of ICE from doing a mass raid on Canal st as "police arrest and pepper spray dozens of people outside garage". That IS NOT the story!!!
