One of my uncles was kidnapped by ICE yesterday. He was always there for my family and even helped my family afford my graduation party when I graduated college. 💔

Anything helps. ICE has no humanity. Hard workers literally being torn from their families.

The U.S. intervened to oust governments in Latin America a total of at least 41 times — about once every 28 months from 1898 to 1994 — including 17 cases of direct intervention by the U.S. armed forces, intelligence agencies, or locals employed by U.S. government agencies.
A 2023 analysis of the effects of CIA-sponsored regime change in five Latin American countries found the interventions caused “large declines in democracy scores, rule of law, freedom of speech, and civil liberties.” interc.pt/4sinphB

40 people (at least) died. It's the official policy of these newsrooms that Latin American lives aren't worth anything. Again, if you still pay for an NYT subscription I think you're trash.

The “Venezuela distracts from Epstein” line is ridiculous because 1) many awful things happen at once 2) Same Iran-Contra crowd pushing Venezuela invasion are or were involved with Epstein/Maxwell 3) Epstein associates (for ex, Dershowitz) want Iran invasion and see Venezuela as a test run for Iran

I don’t think this administration is disciplined enough to even pretend that this has anything to do with drug trafficking or Maduro being horrible
And there ya have it…

I’m teaming up with some fellow community members to place a big order with a restaurant that has seen its business disrupted by ICE presence on the south side. And what better way than to get food for neighbors in need?

Yes, because they are calling what Israel is doing a genocide and showing us the proof of it and when war criminals want to get away with it they have to take away our first amendment.

He legit just pardoned the president of Honduras for drug trafficking but now Maduro is going to stand trial for “narco terrorism.” This all makes a lot of sense and definitely isn’t about oil.
Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

Trump and his cronies can try to dress this up, but it is an illegal act of war to replace Maduro and grab Venezuela's oil for his billionaire buddies.

Actually, that exactly how JURISDICTION works unless you have an extradition treaty
Vance pushes back and says this was not illegal, arguing "Maduro has multiple indictments in the United States for narcoterrorism. You don't get to avoid justice for drug trafficking in the United States because you live in a palace in Caracas."
