It's a screenshot from a silly little phone game called My Little Universe. The task bar at the top says, "Get Medusa Head." In reality, the game would like me to chop off and retrieve the head of Medusa, but one could also interpret this as getting head FROM Medusa if one was inclined towards being perverse.
