Like, Trump tried for an armed insurrection that got white nationalists with guns in the capitol building where they were looking for law makers, and this is all documented. So that's like open and shut treason and absolutely nothing happened to him. And they let him run for president. Again.
I think like the epstein files and so on are a pretty good singular example of how we can actually all know these rich shits did something almost unspeakably awful all the time, casually, without fear, basically in the open and like nothing happened to them, nothing is happening to them.

So there is no distraction. They're not distracting you from the epstein files and they're not distracting you from sending soldiers into the cities because they're playing war, they're not hiding that they just bomb regular ass boats for fun, they didn't hide a genocide either. They just did it.

Neutrality and objectivity are not the same thing and are, in fact, often contradictory goals. The objective truth is often not neutral in its political implications, and it would be a useless exercise if it was.
Got turned down on a piece about ICE in Chicago for an international news org because they believed I couldn’t be objective about my neighbors getting kidnapped. And well, guilty as charged I guess.

And yes it matters to still DO politics and this is part of that. I think it's strange when people say 'nothing matters' when in fact anything done in a sustained fashion matters to someone over time.
