Just did this. The Amnesty advice is very useful as naturally the official document is stodgy and many of the questions are leading (eg one that basically asks "What other barriers can we put up?" and you can choose not to answer it but you can't say "None")

this is the whole ethos behind my thread of things I've made this year. i no longer care whether they're good or if anyone will be impressed - i like making things so i'm going to keep doing it!
But I also enjoy doing some things even though I'm bad at them, because the doing is where the joy is.
