I know some of yall are ride or die AI fans but thats the reason for the spike in electricity bills. There are 79 ai hubs in Indiana. With almost half of them being in Indianapolis. And all of our bills have increased :-))))

I think whether that "excuse" works or not genuinely depends on the trajectory of the technology and its abilities. As many people have pointed out in this thread we have lots of evidence so far it's not very good and firms haven't seen big returns. I just am not no sure it will stay that way.

This is the problem I have with publishers right now. Every one I've spoken with lately has basically gone "your game needs to be finished and you need to be a guaranteed success before it even gets to us."
They want you to spend millions, and they want 40-50% minimum to barely market your game.
