One of the things that THE GOOD PLACE is ultimately about is that fragility and the inevitability of loss are parts of what makes humans important to each other. Allowing grief to exist instead of telling lies to yourself is a key part of retaining your soul, truly. You simply can’t defeat death.
There's something so existentially sad about this, like it's just meant for people who want to reject the meaning of death.

My President told me Jim Comey keeps eating his prosecutors so I asked how many prosecutors he has and he said he just goes to Mar-A-Lago and gets a new prosecutor afterwards so I said it sounds like he's just feeding prosecutors to Jim Comey and then his Attorney General started crying.

the head of the DSCC agreed with someone calling him a jihadist and Islamophobia is as bad in the party as it's been since the Bush admin because no one will crack down on it (in part because they agree, or their donors do)
