it's kinda insane that our elite has been driven completely and totally mad by like 8 screenshots from tumblr
it should probably be a bigger story that the richest man in the history of humanity is, objectively speaking, just a straight up Nazi

also the next democratic administration needs to throw him in prison

These are called honor killings 👍
A MAGA freak in Texas murdered his own daughter in cold blood after they had an argument about Trump.

A grand jury in the Dallas area then *declined to indict him*, and he has not yet faced charges.

Seems like many Texans believe a man has the right to kill his own child for disobedience.

There's been an expectation that jailed immigrants will be rented out to farms & other employers.

AFAIK there hasn't been much of that so far; the reports I'm seeing are that ICE/CBP deports people ASAP.

Sheer lack of capacity to jail enough people to bother renting them out could be an issue.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.

If these mega-camps are utilized to the full capacity ICE intends, they'll be the largest prisons in the country, with little real oversight. www.ajc.com/politics/202...

core part of the ostensible economic justification for mass deportation was that Americans would rush in to take all the jobs immigrants left, but now unemployment rates for native born Americans are rising and the admin is sending people out to do damage control

well I'm sure everything is just dandy at those unsupervised camps full of children
Police in Bloomington, MN just announced that one of the guys they arrested in an underage sex trafficking sting was a **background checker for ICE agents.**

He had a high security clearance in the Trump administration... and he was caught trying to abuse children. Sickening.

ngl one of my biggest concerns with AI is just that it's good at automating a lot of unglamorous entry level roles where people cut their teeth. It's like how the airline industry thought that there would be an endless supply of cold war pilots, and now have a massive pilot shortage and no pipeline
good of example of the way that Gen Ai harms art is not through really replacing capital a Art but by replacing human slop with robo slop, and the dirty secret is that slop pays the bills and subsidizes actually good art.
fuck this lady, fuck the nyt reporter, fuck all of this. fuck amazon for introducing the KU page read model that makes this possible, fuck our tech overlords.

In many of the first generation of modern concentration camp systems (near the turn of the twentieth century), the vast majority of deaths were caused by disease and malnutrition. Most of the victims were women and children.

It makes sense that the actually-real global cabal of powerful pedophiles made destroying USAID one of their first priorities.

They have to protect the global supply of profoundly desperate poor kids - that’s exactly who they target for trafficking and rape.

the fact that the government is covering them up, though, means that they don't know which of them are true
This has come up many times in response to "Epstein files" releases, so I'm saying this generally: the FBI tipline regularly receives outlandish claims of horrific crimes committed by famous people. The fact that some famous people really do commit horrific crimes doesn't mean those tips are true.

Honestly, between Boeing making an airliner that tries to kill you, then blaming black people for dying and SpaceX having more Nazis than 60s NASA, LockMart ain’t *that* evil for making regular old fighter jets, relatively speaking.
We promise that to the best of our knowledge, none of our residents are nazis, fascists, homophobes, transphobes, sexists, racists, xenophobes, or anything else bad. Except Doris who is a Lockheed-Martin executive.

In October, ICE grabbed Maher Tarabishi.

He was a 24/7 caregiver for his disabled son Wael.

At the time of Maher’s detention, disability advocates warned that taking away Wael’s caregiver put his life at risk.

Wael died on Friday at age 30.

ICE caused his death.

They didn’t get to say goodbye.

It had been months since Wael Tarabishi seen his father. The family is calling on ICE to release Maher Tarabishi so he may attend his son's funeral.
