They actually did physical releases of the first couple of seasons of Stranger Things, but that was back in 2018 when stores like Target and Best Buy still stocked Blu-Ray and DVD. Surprisingly they did also did a blu-ray release of Wednesday Season 1 and that was just last year.

I think that Netflix owning WB will likely cause the death of physical media quicker than it will the death of theaters. That's the business I can see them wanting to get out of because it competes with them and they'd be really competing with themselves

Yeah, I think you're right. The new Knives Out movie, Wake Up Dead Man, had a fairly limited but respectably attended theatrical release. Glass Onion came out 3 years ago and has yet to see a physical release despite the director being vocally in favor
