Looking for another 25-35 responses from PCOS patients to give this student at least 50 to analyze in their honors research. We've had no luck with physician/provider responses, it may be too tough out there in 2025, but the patient responses are interesting. #MedSky
Help out an undergraduate student researcher with their survey project on patients' and providers' perspectives on treatments for PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). Further description and contact info in opening page at the survey URL or QR code. Thank you!

WHERE IS YUANXIN?

Call your Reps & ask them to pressure ICE/DHS to reunite Fei & Yuanxin & release them!

We did receive a very large donation (>211k plus matching that needs to be clarified) but this wont affect the outcome of #HCWvsHunger this year & does not diminish what you all have done.

And the most important thing is that we are FEEDING A LOT OF PEOPLE.
Welp this just happened in the other place so #HCWvsHunger is done. “ShyCollie” is the winner, period 🤪

#KidVengers, I’m still so honored to be one of your captains and we’ll see what the final tallies show 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just want to note that the Ag Secretary Brooke Rollins (pictured in the linked article) was confirmed 72-28. 18 Democratic Senators voted to confirm her, despite the fact that Rollins headed the America First Policy Institute, a group whose whole goal was to create the policy to enact Project 2025.

So our campus just announced the six undergraduate programs being put on the chopping block.

One of them is Philosophy.

Philosophy.

Can we be a university without offering a Philosophy major?

And I'm not saying that all kids will respond to that incentive, but I think for some fields that have life or death stakes to their work, and high risks, they need to know that not knowing their shit is often a literal death sentence for someone else.

Today marks one year since the Dec. 3, 2024 martial law declaration that rocked South Korea and still reverberates today. What’s on my mind today is the grit of South Koreans who rushed to the National Assembly that night, in freezing weather, to demand a return to democratic government.

“crime against humanity”

think of the Nazis’s multiple programs of summary execution of civilians and captured soldiers in uniform
In describing the killing spree at sea, if people want to invoke an international crime, the former prosecutor for the ICC has offered a more accurate term than "war crime" (there is no war).

Sharing, with permission, a beautiful passage from Yueqi's thesis which I found really moving:

The HBV vaccine is up there with the Vitamin K shot for protecting babies. It does the job extremely well, and at infinitesimal risk. It is one of the literal miracles of modern medicine.
