It's actually depressing how joyously people celebrate crumbs, as though we just need minor budgetary adjustments instead of the wholesale dismantling of capitalism via revolution. Much like voting, these concessions are being made to pacify the public and to convince people not to revolt.

Israel killed a journalist in Lebanon yesterday. These attacks are so regular its hard to report on them before the next one already occurs. Again, this is all in the context of a supposed ceasefire, which the Israelis have violated, according to the UN, over 10,000 since Nov 27 2024.
