Everyone should be putting up NO ICE NO CPB NO FEDERAL AGENTS GET A JUDICIAL WARRANT OR STAY OUT signs everywhere.
My wife told me she heard at a training she attended that ICE has argued "ALL ARE WELCOME HERE" signs are invitations to enter private spaces and if that don't beat all I don't know what does.

How sensitive are rapid tests for covid?

For the omicron variant: 37.1%

That's a significant drop from 81% sensitivity during delta.

Another person I know caught Covid in the hospital.

They said they would have masked had they known it was a risk

They didn’t know because everyone is pretending things are “back to normal”

Meanwhile hospital acquired Covid disables & kills

Yes. The murders of Goodman & Schwerner shouldn't have mattered more to white Americans than Chaney's or countless other Black ppl lynched in MS, but they did, & their sacrifices helped boost racial justice, even as the mechanism reflected pervasive white supremacy.

The execution of Alex Pretti is playing so badly because you can look at his actions and life story - his last act was helping, boy scout, athlete, health care worker to veterans - and compare those to the men who killed him and know which you would want to be your son, brother, father, uncle.

In 2026, let’s convince Mamdani to do like Sadiq Khan and invest in clean air for NYC schools!

NY is currently in an ALL-TIME HIGH flu season.

70% of households getting COVID start with kids, usually in school.

Air purifiers can drastically cut transmission!

Prison guards are flocking to ICE jobs and frankly this makes sense. Those of us who have been anti-prison organizers for decades have been saying that fascism already existed within prisons/jails. Our best teachers for how to survive fascism are incarcerated people.

Your reminder that what happened to Renee Nicole Good is something that happens regularly in America. This is not new, but it is an expanded version of militarized people targeting Black people in particular.

From ICE detention to murder with impunity, we've been doing it. Now it's broadened.

We turned this issue into a class project building PC fan #CRboxes to help filter the air in our classrooms.

This is a post from 5 months ago, when I saw BA.3.2.1 in Raj’s tracker for California.

I show this simply to point out that from all of the great experts tracking Covid variants out there - it is quite easy to monitor and predict emerging lineages.

VRBPAC simply refuses to listen to the experts
Wow would you look at that.

2 sequences of BA.3.2.1 detected in California, according to Raj’s tracker.

2 nickels is not a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice (ifykyk).

If that starts to take off it will be a huge mutational jump.
