I am not exaggerating when I say ICE functions as a terrorist organization in the Twin Cities. The goal seems to be to harass and frighten people (the ones who are lucky enough to not be abducted, at least) and it's deeply unsettling when you learn they're in your neighborhood.

Be smart out there y’all. Full gas tanks, full phone charge, layers, someone who knows where you are. This is not fucking around weather. For morale, remember that these ICE agents are from all over and likely miserable.
People here are outside patrolling their neighborhoods in this, trying to keep their neighbors safe from lawless armed masked goons. Armed with whistles and vests, they are essentially fighting a war against their own government and its ethnic cleansing campaign.
