Dental and pharmacare weren't Carney's. The NDP forced Trudeau's LPC to enact it and Carney allowed it to continue after he was pressured. He hasn't been firm with Trump, he has given him everything he wants so far. He is so far governing further right than our worst Conservative PM Harper.
