I didn’t feel the need until I was about 65. (It would have been clawed back before then because my income was sufficient.
Now, it would take my worries about the cost of aging aches and pains away.

Was always ready to pay the income tax so everyone could get UBI when I had the means
Honest question: If everyone got Universal Basic Income, no strings attached, what would YOU do with it?

With the demand for O&G declining, why build more infrastructure? And I do not want the govt to pay for it. I would LIKE to address climate change and stop killing our 🌏
There is no planet B.
In the whole discussion about a possible pipeline, I don't get how no one wonders whether there would still be a viable market for oil by the time the pipeline gets built. It's just assumed that Asia will continue to buy the oil forever into the future which seems most unlikely.

Hamilton knows better. Privatization of Hamilton's water in the 90s was a disaster - millions of litres of raw sewage leaked into Hamilton harbour and hundreds of homes were flooded.
