Luxon's not entirely wrong. We DO need to consider what assets we have and how best to manage them. In general, my viewpoint is that if it is critical infrastructure that we would be in serious trouble if it failed (eg NZ Railways), we shouldn't consider selling. www.nzherald.co.nz/business/eco...
