🚨 Urban Stats 30.2.0 🚨

Variety of improvements and bug fixes!

- yearly stats now nest! Much cleaner interface
- ability to edit the insets on the mapper screen (by @spudwaffle.bsky.social)
- comparisons can now be reördered and sorted
- CSV export for most pages

I was in law school, and applying for clerkships.

One day, a judge emailed, said he was stuck in Chicago for the day, could we move up my interview scheduled a few weeks from now to that day.
