While I was in that delightful propofol sleep during my first colonoscopy, I had a vivid dream of eating a delicious meal where each dish was described in dulcet tones by my server (“and this is your wild salmon with a citrus beurre blanc and spring pea foam”) After two days of fasting it was magic.
in the US the standard used to be versed and fentanyl which gave you sort of twilight sedation but now they mostly just use propofol which knocks you out completely.

For reasons, decided to check in on my Small Business Administration Woman Owned Small Business certification --- and guess what? DOGE wants women to get their spouses to sign off on their certification, despite them not having anything to do with the business!

"Observer" feels too neutral for what people are doing in Minnesota. They are witnesses.
They're consciously bearing witness to crimes against their neighbors. As witnesses, they are providing evidence to present and future governments that can prosecute crimes. They deserve witness protection.
