This is, quite frankly, complete bullshit. I’ve received more criticism, harassment, and — at one point — calls for my death in the past six months of criticizing this administration than I did in an entire FBI career of investigations, operations, and arrests. And I never wore a goddamn mask.

I don't exaggerate when I say that Andrew Wakefield should be tried for mass murder. We'll never know how many people have died or will die as a direct result of his fraudulent study.

Right. The fundamental problem is that the contemporaneous sources have been pretty thoroughly sifted and it's inconveniently clear based on those that the traditional reading of the Citizenship Clause is correct. You have to go elsewhere to create the latitude to bullshit.
seems to me that wurman is poking around english common law specifically because it is less accessible than sources from the first 80 years of the united states and sources contemporaneous to the 14th amendment. it is a game of obscurantism meant to out an academic veneer on bullshit.
