I cannot believe I missed them ending GDQ’s final run (not counting bonus) with Shuckle.
Maybe the internet will do its thing and this is the year we finally get TPC to put out some actual good shuckle merch.

If you’re enjoying Emma Stone’s current run, check out her 2018 Netflix miniseries Maniac alongside Jonah Hill. Just finished a rewatch to show Caitlin and imho holds up great. Fantastic set design and cinematography, stacked cast, and a very humane and kind core that doesn’t feel treacly.

This is from months ago and nothing is changing and the fundamental problem is clear from watching any state or local elected official at a press conference after the cops fuck up: they are scared shitless of the police they are nominally in charge of.
A lot of blue mayors and governors know the "don't give an order you don't expect to be obeyed" leadership maxim but interpret it as "I guess I can't order the cops to do anything" rather than as a crisis of insubordination.
One thing I have not seen much grappling with: the Trump Administration has acted illegally with respect to the National Guard & Marines in LA plus the whole parade nonsense is a federal show of power, but cops ostensibly controlled by local governments in blue cities attacked protestors yesterday.

Not major news to anyone but the real threat to women in sports is male coaches abusing them. I played high school, college, and club water polo and close to 50% of the coaches I had either had inappropriate relationship w a player or were accused of SA
Republicans somehow managed to sprint from “we’re trying to protect women in sports” straight to defending a woman being shot in the head three times at point blank range for trying to drive away from a masked thug.
