Stop calling them settlers. Call them what they are. Psychopathic criminals.
Israeli settler groups are harassing and intimidating Palestinian residents in the village of Khirbet She'b Al-Butum, located in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

I'm getting reports that a firm is cold calling people "offering grants for renewables and quoting that MARTIN LEWIS had encouraged people to engage with the company."

The call is UTTER BOLLOCKS! This is not true. Don't trust them. Politely disengage and don't speak to them.

I'm in Kirkcaldy ready to work with a group of primary schools tomorrow on adaptive teaching and supporting self-regulation. I've worked in Fife quite a few times now and it's interesting how different the Scottish approach and system is to the English one. There's a very strong focus on inclusion.

Repulsive and racist to the core.
Removing a monument honoring Black US soldiers has nothing to do with DEI. It’s erasure of history and it’s straight-up racism.

X is a radicalisation machine that pushes people into angry extremism, peddles disinformation and conspiracy theories and is run by an egomaniacal lunatic who threatens civil war on our streets and wants to trash our democracy.
It does nothing but harm.
So, yes. Government should stop using it.
🔉What dangers does X pose to our democracy? And should the government stop using it?

Good to hear yesterday from @sundersays.bsky.social and @petergeoghegan.bsky.social on the immense risk of X as it ignores legal obligations and its owner tries to influence UK politics.

Apparently, the only thing these people are more desperate to see cut than the interest rate is the age of consent.
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

The notoriously litigious Donald Trump has been involved in over 4,000 lawsuits. The touchy litigant has even sued a network for editing an interview of someone else. But he has NEVER sued over allegations that his was a pedophile connected to Jeffrey Epstein. Hmm.

After years of Tory failure to sort out our prisons Labour are fixing them.

They have taken urgent action to sort out the prison places crisis and are investing in 14k additional places to ensure we don't face it again.

And here we see work has started on a 1,700 capacity prison in Leicestershire!

I'm pretty certain a journalist asked someone in No10 a question. Took the answer, twisted it and made it all out to be something that originated from No10 rather than a journalist.

Then everyone jumped on it. And then certain backbench MPs (who will always be opposed to Starmer) got involved.

While the media obess over gossip and a rumour mill of their own creation, the government get on with the job.

A job which, over time, people will see the positive impact from, regardless of the media.

It makes me wonder whether Prescott actually consulted the original source himself & doctored it or simply took dictation from someone else. A person, for example, who had helped insert a right-wing lobbyist who hadn’t done journalism for over 20 years into such a potentially important position…
