Initial report is that two observers got into a shoving match with eight agents, one observer was wrestled to the ground, and then an ICE agent pulled out a sidearm and shot the man on the ground five times.

Garbage take from a policy wonk who thinks politics is a game. It’s like he thinks they won’t come for the centrists. And why would you think the law matters to these people?
Campaigns are literally not set up to do this, they don’t have the staff or funding for it, it puts them in severe legal jeopardy, it raises the financial bar to running for office, and it would instantly turn into pure signaling exercise. Could you use your brains for once in your dumb lives
