And to Tiny Tim, who did NOT die. He was unable to. He still walks among us, cursed to remember in a world where everyone has forgotten. He’s out there now, just beyond the light your lantern throws,

The "smart people" who are taken in by Trump and/or Musk remind me of the "smart people" who invested with Madoff. They knew that Madoff's purported investing system made no sense, but they assumed that they were enjoying the fruits of Madoff cheating other people (by frontrunning trades).

Any Democrat who thinks it's appropriate to "find common ground" with the Republicans on issues like high school sports teams is negotiating with a political party that does not believe trans people should exist. This policy will kill people, so maybe stop wringing your hands about volleyball.

There is a direct correlation between how fake your job is and how much value you see in AI
A study by Dayforce shows 87% of executives use AI for work, compared to 57% of managers and just 27% of employees.

I think this explains the massive disconnect we see in how CEOs talk about AI versus everyone else. It also raises the question of how useful it truly is for frontline work?
Execs are embracing AI more than their employees are, new research suggests
Research from HR software company Dayforce suggests that executives are leaning into AI far more than their employees.
