To recover your eyes and your sanity and to stop that strange strangled screaming sound you're currently making, you need to select: Safari: Settings: Tabs: Appearance: then untick the evil box for 'show colour in tab bar'.

You are welcome.

Perfect clip. I found myself tearing up as the other singers came rushing from their dressing rooms to see them.

And we all watch and listen to them now, knowing there will be nothing new from her to enrich and amuse and delight us.
People are going to post a ton of incredible comedy bits from Catherine O’Hara — she’s been a legend for decades — but for me the clip I’m sharing is this moment from the doomed Mitch and Mickey romance in A Mighty Wind. She is already terribly missed.

"Luchs speaks five languages: English, French, Italian, and some German and Russian. She approached grasping Gen Z parlance like she was learning another language.

...An Instagram commenter wrote: 'She’s so natural with it too like it’s not even cringe.'"
Alison Luchs, who has worked at the National Gallery of Art for 47 years, agreed to learn Gen Z slang and make videos because she wanted to raise interest in the museum’s art.

Last term I tried an experiment: I walked into my Tech and Design Ethics class, admitted that I had *no idea* what to do about ChatGPT - so I would let them figure it out.

As in: their first project was to decide and write the ChatGPT policy for the class.

Here's what happened:

A delightful thread of animal facts and fact-adjacent information to brighten your day
I was just reminded of this thread from (sigh) a whole year ago, and if you need a bit of levity, I hope it gives it to you.
Today I will be sharing a series of strange animal facts, in the hopes of confusing the demons or brightening your day. I will not be looking most of them up beyond the first line.
