I’ve had to go to a NY state DMV 3 times in the part year. Once to get a real ID, twice to deal with selling one car and buying another.
Made online appointments each time. Nice office. Took me right on time. Clerks were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. 10/10

Back when there were TV movies about suburban women losing their grip, they would style them like this in the scene where the family can no longer deny there is a problem.
