Having seen several abductions up close, it is really hard to convey how much the thing they’re doing is roaming in military convoys until they see someone who is alone and isn’t white, and then jumping out in large numbers, pulling them into a van, and screeching off, all in 90 seconds or so.

I like that they’ve given up on even having immigration enforcement as a pretext for any of this. It’s just purely armed masked goons wandering around in the middle of intersections harassing U.S. citizens as a display of force now.
Today at 34 & Park in Minneapolis, a woman tried to drive down the street where a protest had broken out in front of a home ICE was raiding, saying she had a doctor apt to get to. ICE agents busted out her windows, cut off her seatbelt, and pulled her out before arresting her.

Can confirm that cops used to treat well-groomed white folks with courtesy. It’s why I always wear a jacket, tie, and white skin to cover protests.
Before Trump, law enforcement were trained to behave professionally. At a traffic stop they would start with words such as "Mam, may I see your drivers license and registration."
ICE evidently trains their goons to start a stop with screamed profanity, quickly followed by violence.

The idea that it is “immigration enforcement” is absurd. This is not even a place with a lot of undocumented immigrants. Most of our major immigrant groups - Somali and Hmong - are here lawfully, they might even be majority citizens. The feds are here on a mission of violence and chaos

It's important to know who said what and when because 1) it shows who to trust in terms of analysis 2) it shows potential targets of the state who to trust in terms of protection.
