Aber Gendern und vegane Wurst „Wurst“ nennen wurde staatlich verboten.

Die jahrelange Propaganda, autoritäre Rechte als „Freiheitskämpfer“ zu inszenieren, hat viel zu viele gehirngewaschen.

If B never stole anything, they won't be able to assert that by simply answering the leading question with "yes" or "no". The presupposition will remain in the background of the conversation. You have to do more work to reject the presupposition.

This is the game populists play. Don't be fooled.

This format is incredibly helpful for reframing debates. It's also pragmatics 101. Negation only operates on the "comment"/focused part of an utterance. If you introduce a presupposition, negation will not be able to eliminate it.
Example:
A: Have you stopped stealing office supplies?
B: Yes/No?
