Whether or not you think they should have been focusing on ACA subsidies (this site flips generally based on what would allow them to yell at Democrats), the fact that this happened this way is remarkable and people are just kind of taking it for granted.
Remember when it was a big deal that they managed a discharge petition on Epstein, and now they passed ACA subsidies with all democratic votes and a handful of republicans, in a Republican led house? We think that just kind of happens?

Suddenly the special election in TN-07 becomes potentially hugely consequential. It shouldn’t be competitive, but if Democrats steal it, when Greene resigns the Republican majority will be down to 218-216 w a sure Dem seat with no special scheduled in Texas.

I wrote section 230 to protect user speech, not a company's own speech. I've long said AI chatbot outputs are not protected by 230 and that it is not a close call. Given that the Trump administration is going to the mat to protect pedophiles, states should step in to hold Musk and X accountable.

What X is allowing Grok to do is unlawful or regulatory-illegal in multiple jurisdictions, creates clear DSA violations, and continues despite regulator scrutiny. The images do not need to be pornographic, non-consensual sexualised or intimate depictions are enough.
