i think 4o was very bad and anecdotally every other chatbot especially currently is probably a net positive because of how consistently they tell people to seek psychiatric help

Are LLMs better or worse than the fact that you can Google search lethal doses of OTC meds? Do LLMs ever dissuade people from committing suicide? Does talking to an LLM ever have positive mental health effects? We don't know anything about this.
