Sure, we like to think days like Sunday build character and embellish the reputation of Chicago as a tough, gritty city that can endure any kind of weather conditions.

But down deep, Bears fans, we still like feeling our toes.

Column: To freeze or not to freeze? That’s the question facing Chicago Bears fans when pondering new stadium.
As a polar vortex arrives in Chicago in time for Sunday’s game, do hardy Bears fans secretly pine for a fixed roof stadium down the road?

Said this many times but it bears repeating. Just a perfect run of films, at least to Misery. Stylistic diversity tied together by humour, warmth and a deep understanding.

Everyone'll have their own favourite, for me it's When Harry Met Sally... Saw it on my 14th birthday, loved it ever since.
The run that Rob Reiner went on between 1984 and 1992 is one of the most amazing hot streaks any director has ever had. Legendary stuff

Without Myles across from Caleb, the bears would be deep in the quadruple digits
myles garrett is cool and awesome but it's genuinely insane for them to say that he has impacted the game when his team is losing 31 to 3

That’s at least the third wide open deep ball for the Browns. They missed on one and went backwards after the first. The Bears have gotten lucky so far.

Bears got beat deep once again.
December 14, 2025 at 8:11 PM
Bears defense held the Browns to 57 total yards in the first half on 18 plays. 42 of those yards came on a Shedeur Sanders to Isaiah Bond deep pass. Browns offense averaged 0.9 yards on the other 17 plays.

The Bears need to look at their play calling. 2nd and then 3rd and one and they call deep passing plays. They need the first down and then reset.

I command Bears fans to take a deep breath and get ahold of themselves

And as soon as I say that the Bears leave some dude wide open deep down the middle holy shit

My favorite things are probably lighthouses and shipwrecks. And I recognize the tension, there. Because lighthouses are appalled by shipwrecks. Lighthouses see shipwrecks as marks of deep failure.

Dolora is afraid of water - specifically dark, deep water. The Ossuary only magnified that fear.

Selene is afraid of bears - especially Hinterland bears.

What is your OC afraid of? How do they deal with this fear, if at all?

Seriously, boo fucking hoo that MKW doesn’t have Funky Kong, it is not that deep. And it also bears repeating, without the stats, there is literally nothing different about the roster other than aesthetics.

As a Packer fan, heck ya he would’ve! Which is why he needed to be stopped. BTW, really excited that this rivalry will finely have parity. We cheeseheads joke(?) about the Bears sucking but deep inside, we want nail biter games with a good team, just not right now. :-)

A lot has changed with the warmer winters, including here.

We had to stop putting food scraps in our compost pile because it attracted bears no matter how deep the scraps were buried.
