suspect a big reason why many academics and others who work in areas where getting facts RIGHT is key are disinterested in using LLMs for research:
they’ve tried it, they keep noticing major errors in output, and they conclude that having to verify all that doesn’t actually save them time.

genAI is STOLEN WORK. Using genAI in *any* capacity is trafficking in stolen work, supporting the plunder. Period. These facts aren't even denied by the AI companies, they just find ways to make that plunder seem benevolent. Using their product enables that lie. Stop enabling the theft of our work.

The brain wants fibery goodness. Do I
1) keep knitting on the soft twinkly socks- needs some brain
2) warp up the rainbow of silk threads for a diamond tablet belt- needs LOTS of brain
3) make more hats- barely needs consciousness
To add to the difficulty level, I have a cold.
