cars may kill a lot of people everyday but at least they are also very expensive and insanely inefficient means of getting around

if you search for redacted videos in the epstein files and change the results from pdf to mp4, you can fully watch the videos unredacted

seems like uh, a big deal
Quer acessar os vídeos dos Arquivos Epstein? Olha só:

1. Entre na biblioteca dos arquivos
2. Pesquise por "no images produced"
3. Mude o link na barra de endereços de ".pdf" para ".mp4"

Pronto, agora tu tem acesso aos vídeos censurados.

my feeling is that if we are going to let AI loose we should start simple and low-risk, like criminal profiling, autonomous driving and medical advice before we let it handle complex tasks
It’s crazy the sheer number of supposedly rational people who were like “ok but it’s good at health stuff” early on.
When AI was added to a tool for sinus surgery: “Cerebrospinal fluid leaked from one patient’s nose. In another… a surgeon mistakenly punctured the base of a patient’s skull. In two other cases, patients suffered strokes after a major artery was accidentally injured”

gatorade is owned by pepsico but it's the coca cola of the sports drink market. powerade in turn is owned by coca cola, but it's unquestionably the pepsi of sports drinks. this should be plainly obvious to all

I have two primary vehicles. One is an automobile, the other an e-bike.

Automobiles kill approximately 100 people a day in the US. E-bikes, fewer than 10 a year.

Guess which one has a speed limiter on it?
This technology already exists and is widely used. It doesn't involve 'government surveillance' and would not allow ICE or any other government agency to stop individual cars.

Just say you think thousands of kids dying every year is worth it so you can speed!

Speed Limiters Now Mandatory in All New EU Cars
Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA) isn't an ironclad speeding prevention system, but could be just annoying enough to spark a backlash.

Last year I traveled all the way to rural Vietnam to officiate a friend's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony that mixed cultures and language, and was a celebration of the best of humanity.

He just sent me this post and said "this is how you lost the war."

Benito is a threat b/c he makes art so alluring and enjoyable you want to understand everything about it and then you end up learning about sugar and slavery and colonialism and the Taínos and Hawaii and then you probably have some thoughts of your own, and that's why art is powerful and dangerous
