Autism getting yet another entry in the comorbidity bingo bc guess who’s just been confirmed as fucking hypermobile by a physio 💀 also showed her how my shoulders audibly clunk when I roll them and she was shocked which is…probably not great 😂
Anyone who’s met me knows I contort my neck a lot. It’s to try and relieve the constant neck pain/discomfort I’ve had for ~4/5 years. I finally see a physio about it tomorrow morning. I’ve tried every regular neck stretch under the sun, all sorts of OTC gels, different pillows, you name it.
