Bari had been incredibly media savvy for years, knowing which asses to kiss, knowing which old guys with power to charm. It has worked well for her thus far. Kissing up and punching down does have its limits, however.

This is plainly not true? Migrants are not only largely overemployed, they are also the lowest unhoused demographic. The levels of fascist propaganda in this country are staggering
Homelessness increased primarily because of immigration (lots of people came to the US without setting up housing).
