Sandman S2 (serial; 2025)

Sufficient, if rushed-feeling; not sure if Netflix wanted to wash their hands of Gaiman or simply lost interest As Is Their Wont... Didn't care for the remaining family's cast or the sets, & nothing rose to the level of S1E6. Still, it's at least An End.

As a biologist, It really is a great analogy. Also trees. It's like saying, "There are trees and grass, you have to be one or the other." Ok... where is the line that defines "is a tree?" what about bush-like grasses? Palm trees? NON-tree palms? What about horsetails and their tree-like ancestors?

Many full time creatives have “invisible safety nets” like bread-winning partners, trust funds, external support, etc. No shame on anyone, but it creates a false vision of success. The cost of going to cons alone on top of hoping to eat as a freelancer are untenable, IMO.
