Definitely worth asking why there are so many "is the resistance exhausted" takes before No Kings and the landslide off-year election wins.
I thought the "badasses Spanberger and Sherrill will save the Dems" takes were overcooked. But they were much more right than "is Sherrill blowing it?"

My good friend Howie Klein passed away today and I am bereft. He was a fierce progressive, music impressario, creative organizer, passionate world traveller and the mensch of all mensches.
Howie always fought the good fight and inspired many to do the same. I will miss him terribly.

We could never afford to send both to daycare. One stayed home until the other went to TK at a public school. It should be easier for families than this. Let's fight for it.
