Longtime followers will be familiar with some of my health issues. At some point, I will share more. Unfortunately, I am back on (hopefully short term) opioids. I’m onhere less because I don’t trust what I might post. Just think of me when you’re looking at the destruction of the White House.

American Indian Movement (AIM) patrol trucks have been spotted around NE and folks are flagging them as suspicious and giving them unwelcoming glances because they don’t know who they are. This is the AIM logo and flag, which you might see on their trucks. They are friends!

Of all the things to make me sit down on my kite I floor and just let myself mourn, it's the loss of Silpat. We got one for an anniversary gift and I've wanted to buy more but always put it off and now here we are.

Only a very specific baking audience is going to care about this but apparently the company that makes Silpat has abruptly shut down. I’m personally buying up ones I can find from secondary retailers cause these things are irreplaceable. I’m bummed.

I’ve had to make a check list for all the things I’m forgetting…drinking water, eating the small amount of food I can tolerate, med doses, meditation & PT, etc . This is partly because of my health issues AND like 2020 I can’t focus on anything when my city is under attack from LEOs.

We all need to share the good things that happen. My right foot really hurt for several hours!! Having a “normal” awareness of age related pain is a major improvement for me. It means the nerves are able to send and receive messages throughout my right side.
