When I was still fighting my forced discharge, I told my chain of command over and over that these policies wouldn't break me. Ultimately, they didn't.

What broke me was how easily and quickly I was abandoned. What broke me was realizing how much of the "profession" was smoke and mirrors.
I'm increasingly convinced the #Profession cannot survive on its current form.

This is exactly why people who aren't MAGA assholes ought to wave American flags and re-claim patriotism from these traitors. Bigoted shitweasels aren't "real America," and we should stop letting them pretend like they are.
They accuse anyone besides white christians of not being real Americans but it's the MAGA folks whose patriotism is conditional.
Wow. MAGA admits it is rooting AGAINST Team USA because athletes are using their first amendment rights!

The GOP’s new Voter Suppression bill, the so-called “SAVE Act,” would disenfranchise many of the 69 million women who took their husbands’ last names, as explained in my summary.

It proposes *no penalties* for erroneous voter purges but potential *prison time* for erroneous registrations. WTF?! 1/

I don't expect every senior person to be a bastion of ethical purity or to uniformly stamp out this behavior. But it is surprising that there does not seem to be any effort at all, even in the face of risk, to enforce one of the most basic premises of the professional American officer corps.

“Epstein Class” is a useful shorthand & every D caught up in the network is completely - necessarily? - expendable.

GS is going to fire Kathy Ruemmler by the end of the week. She betrayed us. Good for Ds to treat Biglaw as the opposition at this point, at least until terms of surrender are offered.
Ossoff: We were told that MAGA was for working-class Americans. But this is a government of, by, and for the ultra-rich. It’s the wealthiest Cabinet ever. This is the Epstein class. They are the elites they pretend to hate.
