I worked on HORSES as an outside consultant. Santa Ragione took all of my concerns and suggestions VERY seriously and did their best to react to them. I believe 100% that had Valve given them concrete instructions, they would have reacted immediately.

Some storefront needs to step up as the Criterion Collection but for games, just so we can continue to have small arthouse games that move the medium forward as an artform but aren't megahits.

one of the things i keep thinking about with the steam situation is booktok/tube discourse about whether books have too much porn now (they call it spice which i just can't you sound like duncan idaho) and if there should be enforced labelling or a rating system

This is real "you can't uninstall IE or else file explorer won't work" energy.
It stops sorting your inbox into folders, btw, when you turn this off. As the inbox folders predate Gemini, this is a passive-aggressive attempt to make gmail a miserable experience unless you turn AI on, not a necessity.
Really, *really* inconvenient but makes me more determined to keep it off.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

I just discovered for the first time that the Pi 500(+) can only be powered by a charger that is 5v/5a, which is a problem because even my usb charger that can do up to 65 watts can't power it cause, like a sane company, Anker built it to run at usb spec which means 5v/3a.
