As the backlash to generative AI in video games continues to pick up steam heading into 2026, it'll be fascinating to see what is considered "made with generative AI." Can a dev team say they're not using AI if they're writing design docs with Copilot or using chatGPT to make schedules and budgets?

My hot ADHD sleep tip is to get any kind of gooseneck clip that can hold your video game device of choice (securely) over your face in bed & play a game that you find repetitive and soothing (for me this means no real-time combat). It occupies my brain just enough to stop it spinning & keeping me up

If you have ADHD and have trouble getting to sleep, try drinking a stimulant like coffee before bed.
The idea is you stimulate the brain out of deficit, so instead of it trying to manufacture dopamine, it can rest.
