I lost hope that things will change last year. I stopped giving my best to Diversify Tech. This book made me reflect. I was letting these people win by doing that.

At what point does the daily insanity and wanton cruelty of everyone in power just fundamentally break people? Because I feel like I'm getting there. How are we supposed to just go on day after day witnessing such cruelty and indignity constantly through our screens yet we can't just ignore it?
