When things are bad and I don't know what to do, I give blood (ok not every time I feel like this, OR I WOULD BE OUT OF BLOOD -YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN FELLAS?) Anyway, giving platelets today. Highly recommend as a good way to lay around and still feel like you're helping.

I am driving back home from a family visit with my husband and we got stuck in rush hour traffic, so I used the time to call all my reps to say that I want them to abolish ICE, yes, abolish it, I did not stutter.

Could be a good moment for someone to direct a satirical film about a squadron of comically incompetent ICE agents. Maybe they’re defeated by a bunch of wine moms operating at the level of a Mission Impossible team. Turn ICE into a permanent joke within our culture. Like, you’d rather be a mall cop.
more and more people are saying “Paul Blart: ICE Cop”
Today at the Whipple Federal Building in Minnesota while federal agents rushed the protest crowd, one agent is filmed pushing a protester and slipping on ICE. Another agent has his pepperball gun broken and he slips on the cartridge holder while dropping pepperballs all over.

Sauerbrunn, Imani Dorsey, & Gabby Vincent have all posted to Instagram with similar, personal messages as West Virginia v. BPJ & Little v. Hecox are being heard before the Supreme Court.

Can't help but wish they were joined by a longer list of players from the many pro leagues in the US.
Becky Sauerbrunn on Instagram, “I’m choosing to release this video today, January 13th, because right now the US Supreme Court is deliberating a case that could change the future of women’s sport.”

An important video:

This violates GoFundMe’s Terms of Service. Everyone must report it.

I refuse to stay silent while Secretary Noem breaks the rule of law and terrorizes our communities. I am introducing Articles of Impeachment against her for violating the public trust, obstructing Congress, and self-dealing. Read my full statement: robinkelly.house.gov/media-center...

They are extremely unpopular, unable to significantly expand their forces (they are already poaching local police for ICE and reassigning significant percentages of FBI/ATF toward enforcement), lacking in organizational resilience and one bum ticker/blood clot away from total movement collapse

I'm going to tell my favorite story again about reflecting the certainty of beliefs back at people who don't expect it.
